advise them on the future organisation of horseracing in Russia.

- Mr Alec WILDENSTEIN, for whom we purchased the top filly at Baden Baden Sales, Germany. She is from the last
crop of former Champion Sire, Acatenango, out of a full-sister to Monsun, the current Champion Sire in Germany.

- The Sultan of OMAN, for giving us the opportunity to sell them horses and to help
organise the Camel and Horses Festival on the 1st of January
2006. We sent them the Lucien GRUSS horse-show and the LORENZO horse-show, two of the best shows in the world.

- KAZHAKSTAN were we sold two stallions: RIVER BAY, the multiple Group-winning son of Irish River, already an
established source of winners, and MASSI SERAF, a son of Deputy Minister
out of Miss Alleged, the Gr.1 Breeders Cup Turf heroine.

Not far from
Mauritius, Ile de La Réunion plans to start
horse racing. This huge project includes the building of a new racecourse, as
well as a breeding operation. FBA,
working on behalf of the local Breeders Association sold them the stallion EVENING
WORLD, a stakes winner son of Bering. He traveled to La Réunion together
with eight mares and Gilles Deroubaix (the brother to Jean-Pierre) of Haras de Sou, who stayed a couple of days to advise and help the new local breeders.

Ruwi - Gr.2 Prix Noailles
- Julia and Gregor BAUM for owning and breeding ANNA MONDA, the highest rated three-year-old
filly in Europe. FBA purchased the dam of Anna Monda. Mr and Mrs BAUM have been our clients for
more than 15 years now. Their stud farm, Gestüt Brümmerhof, was leading
vendor at Baden Baden, selling 10 lots for €535,000, one head in
front of Gestüt Fährhöf, another valuable FBA client.

INCE (Haras du LOGIS) for
their confidence in using our team to promote their stallions. We are delighted
to learn that Champion Sprinter DIKTAT and top two-year-old COUNTRY REEL
(Danzig) will join the roster of stallions already standing at Haras du
Logis - SAGAMIX, unbeaten Gr.1 Arc de Triomphe winner, World Champion
Miler SLICKLY, leading sire ZIETEN and other existing young horses, all of
them Gr.1 winners.

- Mrs Beatrix KLEMM-MULHENS, for managing Gestüt
ROTTGEN, Germany,
achieving great success for many years, breeding group-winning horses
year after year with a very small band of mares. Our team, at FBA, decided to name her "Best European
Stud Farm Manager".
- Mr and Mrs Gilbert GALLOT. We purchased, on their behalf, the mare CRYSTALZA. She has produced 11 foals, all winners, for a total price money of 1.4 Million Euros. She is
the dam of ROYAL ATHENIA, who won the 2005 Grande Course de Haies des 4 ans
at Auteuil. Other products include Sylver D'Argent, Ytalsa Royale, Crylza
Royal, Royal Atalza, all Classic winners over hurdles and
Steeple-Chase.
- Mr and Mrs Henri DEVIN for breeding and racing horses as good as TERRE A TERRE (Gr.1
Dubaï Duty Free) and ANGE GABRIEL (Gr.1 Grand Prix de Saint Cloud, twice)
and to Mr
Eric LIBAUD for training them.

- Mr Noël FORGEARD (chairman of EADS, Airbus industry) for keeping XIMB in
training. A multiple winner in 2005, the son of Septieme Ciel was 3rd
in the Gr.1 Prix Jean Luc Lagardère at Longchamp at two but was out of
training in 2004 due to an accident.
- Dr Fernand KRIEF, Mr Gerard SAMAMA & Haras de BERNESQ, for staying, year
after year, among the best owners/breeders in France and for their
confidence in us.
- Mr Robert GIRAUDON for being such a racing fan. Breeding and racing for many
years, he is a regular customer of FBA.

HUDERIE, for the huge popularity of
their young stallion SAGACITY. The son of Highest Honor won the Gr.1 Criterium
de Saint Cloud at two and finished third in the Gr.1 Prix de l’Arc de
Triomphe.

LEVE-OSTERMANN for
the incredible success of her stallion LANDO, who stands at Haras
d’Etreham, on the recommendation of FBA.
Again in 2005, Lando produced Group horses all around the world. His
best representatives are TOUCH OF LAND, GONBARDA, PAOLINI, INTENDANT,
EPALO, etc. LANDO is the winner of 7 Gr.1 races including the Japan Cup,
the German Derby and the Grosse Preis von Baden Baden.

elected President of the German Owners/Breeders Association and for
announcing the major project of a new racecourse at Dortmund,
in Germany

- Dr Akihiro OHARA (Japan) for breeding HIGHEST RIDGE, the winner of 6 races and a half-bother to KENDOR DINE (bred by Eurl ESKADE), a Group winner in both 2005 and 2006.
- Mr Alban de MIEULLE for winning the Gr.2 Istanbul International Race, on behalf of
HH Sheikh Abdullah AL-THANI, Prime Minister of Qatar.

- QATAR Equestrian and Racing Club for investing in the new facilities
(racecourse, training centre, equestrian complex and farm). Jean-Pierre
DEROUBAIX has been their adviser for 2 years, and the new racetrack is a
wonderful facility. Thank you to the local owners - they came to France
for the public sales, investing in top class Arabian and English
thoroughbred horses, including Hockney (260,000 Euros) and Spectrofolle
(320,000 Euros) etc.

- BBAG (Baden Baden sales company) for their best sale's
result ever. Jean-Pierre DEROUBAIX being their representative in France and Turkey, is proud to be a part
of their success, purchasing the top-price filly on behalf of Mr Daniel
WILDENSTEIN and convincing investors such as leading French trainer
Jean-Claude ROUGET to visit Baden Baden. Jean-Claude purchased a beautifully-bred son of Galileo, as well as two other yearlings. Haras de Quiéteville
paid €170,000 for a Montjeu colt and MAB went up to €100,000 to secure a Lomitas filly. French buyers were the main
foreign investors, spending 760,000 Euros on16 yearlings.
- The TURKISH JOCKEY Club for improving the facilities all around the country the last 10
years (Jean-Pierre DEROUBAIX working as their consultant) and investing
in top-class stallions from different blood lines and different parts of
the world to improve the local breeding stock. The results are visible,
for example, in the Gr.1 Gazi Derby the winner was by EAGLE EYED (own
brother to Danehill), the second by ALWAYS A CLASSIC, the third by BIN
AJWAAD. All three sires (and 12 others) sold by the FBA to the Turkish Jockey Club over the past few years.

2005 Success
SENDAWAR sold to stand at Annshoon Stud, Ireland. Bred by HH Aga Khan,
Sendawar triumphed in four Gr.1 races: Poule d’Essai des Poulains, St
James Palace Stakes, Prix d’Ispahan, Prix du Moulin de Longchamp. A
Champion Miler and a Champion First Crop sire in France.
VETTORI sold
in a deal brokered by FBA and FTI,
he is now the property of TNT (Brasil) and clients of Haras du THENNEY. A classic
winner (Gr.1 Poule d’Essai des Poulains), proven sire of 13
Group horses including HIGHTORI (Gr.2 Prix Foy, 2nd Gr.1
Prix d’Ispahan), REINE DE ROMANCE (Gr.2 San Clemente HCap), VATORI (Gr.3 Prix
Thomas Bryon at 2), LADY VETTORI (Gr.3 Prix du Calvados at 2), KASHTARI (Gr.2 Doncaster Cup).
SPADOUN: The FBA also negociated the sale of French stallion SPADOUN (Kaldoun) to Ireland.
The winner of the Gr.1 Criterium de Saint Cloud at two, a Listed winner at three
at Longchamp, a winner over hurdles at four, at Auteuil, SPADOUN was standing at
Haras d’Etreham. His first crop of two-year-olds include FABULEUX CONCEPT, a winner and Listed placed.
MESHASHEER, the
own brother to KING CHARLEMAGNE, sold to Haras du PETIT TELLIER. Winner of 5
races from 2 to 5, the son of NUREYEV was a top European two-year-old, winning, among
others, the Gr.3 July Stakes and 3rd in the Gr.1 Prix Morny at 2.
ALKAASED won the Gr.1 JAPAN CUP - FBA sold his dam Chesa Plana (Champion mare in Germany), to USA.
FAUVELIA, a two-year-old filly by
Polish Precedent out of Marion,
finished a close second to champion juvenile filly LINDA'S LAD in the Gr.1
Criterium de Saint Cloud. FAUVELIA purchased by FBA,
at Deauville 2004 yearling sales, for €75,000, on behalf of
her owner, Mr Jean ZORBIBE.
FAILY RANSOM, the son of RED RANSOM is
the winner of Gr.2 Del Mar Handicap, 2nd Gr.1 Hollywood Derby, 3rd
Gr.2 Prix Greffulhe. Purchased by FBA,
as a stallion prospect. He will stand in 2006 at Haras de L’Abbaye in France.
On September 24th 2004, ANNA MONDA
won the Gr.2 Oppenheim Grosse Europa Meile at Cologne by four lengths. She went later to
win the Gr.1 Premio Vittorio de Capua in Italy and was already the winner of the Gr.2 German 1000 Guineas. ANNA MONDA is the highest
rated three-year-old filly in Europe in
2005. FBA purchased his dam, ANNA OF
KIEV.
SPECIAL KALDOUN won the Gr.2 Prix Daniel
Wildenstein, his 7th win in a Group race! The son of Alzao was
purchased by FBA, on behalf of
Ecurie CHALHOUB. Special Kaldoun had his best year in 2005 when winning the Gr.3 Prix Quincey, Gr.3 Prix Perth, and finishing second Gr.2 Prix Gontaut
Biron, Gr.3 Prix Messidor, Gr.3 Prix du Chemin de Fer du Nord and Gr.3 Prix Edmond
Blanc.
Special Kaldoun
RUWI winner of the Gr.2 Prix Noailles, second in the Gr.2
Prix Guillaume d’Ornano, Gr.2 Prix Prince d’Orange and Gr.2 Prix Dollar. He was a €50,000 purchase by FBA,
on behalf of Dr Robert BOUSQUET.

ROYAL HIGHNESS won the Gr.2 Prix Malleret in France, FBA purchased his dam Reem Dubaï.
SIMONAS won Gr.2 Hansa Preis in Germany- FBA purchased his dam SISTADARI on
behalf of the leading German stud Gestüt ROTTGEN.
FRACASSANT enjoyed a Kazakh welcome by
winning the President Cup by four lengths at Almaty racecourse. The MAB Agency
purchase will now be based as a sire in the Kazakhstan. FBA purchased his dam, Fragrant Hill.
RASHBAG enjoyed his first season at Haras des
Granges. The winner of the Gr.3 Prix de Condé at two and placed second in the Gr.1 Grand
Prix de Paris. He was purchased by FBA as a foal.
SRI PEKAN leading 2005 sire in Italy and again in the leading sires in Europe. Among others, in 2005, he sired Gr.1 winner AMORAMA (Gr.2 John C. Mabee HCap at Del Mar), winner Tropical Lady (Royal
Whip
Stakes at the Curragh), etc. SRI PEKAN was sold by the FBA to the Turkish Jockey Stud where he stands at their National Stud.
