CATALOGUE UPDATE

Catalogue Update is the essential buyers guide for all of the major two-year-old, yearling, foal and mixed sales. Updates contain information on EVERY lot in the sale listing current yearling averages and stud fees and, where applicable auction histories of the past four years. U.S.A., French and Irish sale information is also included. All currencies are in the country of sale.

NO OTHER PUBLICATION PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR ALL OF THESE SALES

There are three subscription types available:

1. BASIC subscription which will contain the original format as shown in the example above.

2. PREMIER booklet subscription, is the same as the Basic but is supplied with a separate booklet containing extra information on sires that have progeny entered in the sale, including the average winning distance of their progeny over the past three years; Three year comparison of colts, geldings and filly winners they have had of what age, together with how many runners to winners/placed horses in GB and Ireland. A two year comparison of yearling sold to 2 Year old winners and details of all their winners in the current year giving the name, year, sex, dam, dam sire, amount, distance, description of race, going Turf or All Weather in the UK & Ireland. THERE IS NO OTHER PUBLICATION WHICH PROVIDES THIS INFORMATION IN ONE EASY TO USE BOOKLET. We highly recommend that you use this subscription, already used by most of our current subscribers, it cannot fail to be of immense use to you at these sales.

3. LABELS updates, this facility enables you to place your update information on the relevant page of your catalogue, the label approximately 9 cm x 4 cm is small enough that it will only obscure a small amount of text on the catalogue page, the labels are available on A4 sheets, 16 labels per sheet with a choice of three print colours.

LABEL ADVERTISING

With sales catalogues being available up to a month before the actual sale, current race results in the catalogue can be up to EIGHT WEEKS OUT OF DATE. In this time over 500 races will have been won, possibly by a very close relative of a yearling or other that you are selling. We are very pleased to offer you the opportunity to provide updated catalogue details on labels, which you can then distribute to potential purchasers at he sales to add to the appropriate catalogue page.

INFORMING POTENTIAL PURCHASERS OF ANY PEDIGREE UPDATES MAY INFLUENCE THEIR INTEREST IN YOUR LOTS. This service will be available for any Bloodstock Sale held in England or Ireland. We request that you contact us at least 14 days before the start of the sale you would like labels for. Our flat winners in the U.K. and Ireland database is updated daily so that any updated information for Tattersalls Sales can be included up to 2 days before the first day of the sale, as labels will be delivered directly to you at Tattersalls Park Paddocks.
For Doncaster sales, updated information will be included up a week before the sale and for Goffs or Tattersalls Ireland sales these will be 10 days before to ensure that the labels are mailed to you in time for distribution. The label size will be the same as an address label so not to obscure much of the catalogue page. The text can be in any colour of your choice and logos and photographs can be used if required.

White Labels:

Fluorescent Yellow Labels:

100 labels for £50
200 labels for £75

Alternatively if you require pedigree updates for updating your door cards we can provide this information to you by fax or e-mail up to 2 days prior to the sale at £15 per Lot update.
In order that we can be prepared to supply you, we request that you contact us at least 14 days before the start of the sale you may require labels for. If there is a last minute major update you wish to promote please contact us as soon as possible.
